Fairxl accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, selected Credit & Debit Cards and Net Banking. Other payment methods may be added from time to time. We process our payments through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Users are subject to internet-handling fees and a non-refundable, processing fees per ticket.

Payment
• You can make payments for exhibitor fees, booth upgrades, additional services, and other charges through our secure online payment system.
• All payments are processed in Rupees and are subject to any applicable taxes or fees.
• We reserve the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
Once your payment is successful, you will be directed to the confirmation page which will contain all the details regarding your order. You will also receive a text message and email regarding your order confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation or experience an error during payments, contact the customer care regarding your order. We are not liable for your losses if you do not contact us regarding your issue faced during booking.

• Inability to attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to our cancellation deadlines.
• Any changes or amendments to the event that significantly impact its nature or timing.

2. *Refund Requests*:

• Refund requests must be submitted within the specified deadline, typically 10 days before the event date.
• Please provide relevant details such as event name, booking reference number, and reason for the refund request.

3. *Refund Processing*:
• Upon receipt of your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and issued back to the original payment method.
• Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. *Event Cancellation*:
• In the rare event of cancellation by FairXL, registrants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed automatically.
• We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by registrants, such as travel or accommodation costs.

5. *Participant Cancellation*:
• If you need to cancel your participation in an event, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellation requests made after the specified deadline may not be eligible for a refund.

6. *Transfers/Substitutions*:
• Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual or substitute another participant at no additional cost, subject to approval by FairXL.

7. *Non-Refundable Circumstances*:
Certain circumstances may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
• Failure to attend the event without prior notice.
• Personal reasons preventing attendance, such as illness or scheduling conflicts.
